Hans Bekx

Singer, songwriter and guitarist, Hans Bekx is a talented musician that has honed his skills over the years either as a solo artiste or as part of a group/band. As an artist, he is drawn to Afro Pop and is motivated by almost every situation he finds himself, particularly God’s Words and creations. Every stroke of the chords on his guitar, is motivation that doesn’t only transform into a creation of a wonderful piece of music but also a constant reminder of his God-given talent.

Born Hans Enyonam Kwame Brechum, he hails from Tsibu Awudome, a town in the Volta region of Ghana, where he started his basic and high school education. He comes from a large family and he is the seventh born to his mother and second to his father.BEKx is an acronym for his name with B-Brechum, E-Enyonam, K-Kwame and the ‘X’ representing the extra lengths and extra work he puts into his music and into achieving his.
Hans was introduced into music back in high school, Awudome Senior High school. In school he was more into dancing so most of his compatriots believed he would turn out as a dancer because of great dexterity on the dance floor. His real passion and desire to take music professionally started in 2000 when he started yearning to hit the studios to do some recordings. But along the line he realized he needed to learn to use some instrument, so he learnt to play the guitar in 2003 and used it complement his musical project.
He initially started with a solo project, did a few tapes but never really used them commercially; apart from listening to them in the house and trying to improve on them some more. Along the way, he met a set of twins who were also doing their own music. They came together as a group calling themselves, Hans Bekx and V&V. They sang together for a while but were without a record label until they met Kojons who wanted to help them out. He started Kojons Productions and signed the group on as H-Mode.
H-Mode stayed under the Kojons Management for three years, and during the period they released their debut album called ‘Alimamah’ featuring hit tracks like ‘Blue Blue’ and ‘Never Give Up’. ‘No Goals No Glory’ was also another hit; it was a rendition of Never Give Up featuring Obour for the Black Stars of Ghana. When their contract with Kojons was terminated, the group disbanded and decided to go their separate ways.
Hans then decided to embark on a solo project again. He was later approached by Kojons this time as a solo artist and so signed a new deal with the record label.
After his deal was over with Kojons, Hans Bekx moved on and now managing himself.
He has One album (Brighter Day) and multiple Awards to his credit. He featured great musicians like Sarkodie, Edem, Trigmatic, Blakk Rasta, Guru, Sherifa Gunu, Kese, Adane Best and Lega.
Hans Bekx is currently working on singles, EP and an album featuring various musicians which will be hitting his followers soon.

Hans wants his music to cut across boundaries so that everybody can hear him, for his music to impact on society. His lyrics would be a blessing to many and inspire others to achieve their dreams. Look out for New songs from Hans Bekx!

Forget marriage if you cannot sacrifice nor exercise patience – NAGOD Hitmaker

Gospel Minstrel Rose Ashley Adjei has called on Ghanaian youth to forget getting married if they have no patience and does not know how to sacrife.

Rose gave this advice in an interview with Kobbyjaytheblogger when celebrating 14years of marriage. “the journey has not been an eazy one but with God we have been able to sail through especially with those of us who are married to men of God for which the church looks up to us” she said.

she decibed how the God Lord has been faithful through all their personal challanges and that of dealing with the church “as a church mother, you have a great cross to carry whereas what ever you say be it good, might be taken mistakenly bu some church members and that is what some of my collegues are not able to stand.”

The ‘NAGOD’ hitmaker hence called on the youth to exercise patience and learn to sacrifice because at some point in time, things they might need will be same as that of the need of a church member to which her husband will attend to the church member before hers but in all when the youth allow patience to lead them and also learn to sacrifice as well as commit their marriages to the Most High and not on riches, things will be fine for them.
